IMPORTANT DATES:

  1. Abstract submission: November 1 to December 29, 2023. January 29, 2024.
  2. Acceptance of abstracts: It will be communicated to the main author on January 29. Deadline for registration to the congress:
    • Registration of speakers: From November 1, 2023, to February 15, 2024.
  • Important: Accepted oral or poster communications whose main authors have not registered for the congress by February will be eliminated from the program.

* In the case of early registration as speakers, if the communication is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded to those who do not wish to attend the congress as attendees.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

The congress has two modalities of participation: Oral Communication or Poster.

And four categories of participation:

  1. Final Degree Project.
  2. Master’s Thesis or Specialty.
  3. Dissertation.
  4. Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing.

In the first three categories you can submit your abstract if you have finished in the last 5 years.

In the latter category, your research must be ongoing or have been completed within the last 5 years.

Abstracts may be submitted in Spanish or English.

It is advisable to carefully read all the regulations for abstract submission since it is mandatory for the abstract to be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

The deadline for submission of abstracts It begins on November 1, 2023, and will end on December 29, 2023.

The steps to submit an abstract are as follows:

1. Read the complete regulations for the submission of abstracts. click here .

2.Prepare your summary in Word document using one of the templates that we enclose, according to the summary you present.

3. The file must be saved in Word format and must be named with the ID of the main author in letter.

4. Complete the complete registration form and attach your work in Word format and duly named in said form. This can be found in the registration section.

Only abstracts that have been submitted using the template provided to  them and that, in addition, comply with the regulations will be evaluated.

EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR ABSTRACTS

The evaluation process will be by pairs according to the following criteria:

  • Title: coherence with the content of the work.
  • Summary structure criteria.
  • Content criteria: Internal coherence between objectives, methodology, discussion, results, and conclusions.
  • Originality and scientific value of the work.

AWARD FOR THE BEST WORK

After the evaluation of the Scientific Committee by peers in the closing ceremony of the congress, four prizes will be awarded, one per category:

  1. Final Degree Project.
  2. Master’s Thesis or Specialty.
  3. Dissertation
  4. Research in Comprehensive Care and Clinical Nursing.
  5. Poster
