Exchange for study purposes:

To be able to register you, the person responsible at your university (if it has an agreement with UFV) must send the official nomination using the UFV online platform. Once the nomination has been accepted, you will receive an email with the link to the online application form at Mobility Online.

When you have to make the online application (you will receive a link by email), you will be asked to attach the following documentation: open up the corresponding part (Erasmus or non-Erasmus):

For EU students with a Spanish or European passport, the documentation required is:

• >1 passport-sized photo
• >Passport/ID card in force
• >European Health Insurance Card or medical insurance
• >Learning Agreement (See the section “4. Academic offer”)

For students who do NOT possess a Spanish or European passport, the documentation required shall be:

• • >1 passport-sized photo
  • >Passport/ID card in force
  • >Private medical insurance with international coverage and repatriation of remains
  • >Application for courses/Study agreement (See the section “4. Academic offer”)
  • >Important: The student cannot be admitted without medical insurance or if the application is incomplete. (See insurance information)
  • >Once in Spain: Photocopy of the entry VISA into the country.

Erasmus Traineeship students:

It is mandatory to complete the application form and attach the following documentation:

• 1 passport-sized photo
• Passport/ID card in force + visa (for non-Europeans)
• European Health Insurance Card (for Europeans) or medical insurance with repatriation of remains (non-Europeans). Civil liability and accident insurance
• Learning Agreement for Traineeships
• Vaccination calendar. Proof of Immunization UFV
