MISSION
The mission of the Institute of Life Science Investigations within Francisco de Vitoria University (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria) is to promote the formation of multidisciplinary research groups that will develop innovative projects and hence highlight the value of the educational projects together with practices and ideology of University.
The Institute brings together professors, researchers and students to develop competitive research projects in the areas of Biotechnology, Medicine, Biomedicine and Life Sciences in general. To achieve this, we encourage the collaboration with other institutions as well as national and international research centres that enable the exchange of knowledge and human capital.
The objective is to generate scientific knowledge that will allow the Institute to take up a key position in our society and in the national and international scientific field, as a sign of identity of our University. Additionally, the Institute carries out educational efforts through the organisation of courses and specialised seminars, and is also involved in Postgraduate programs (MSc and PhD) at University.
