Character Education Seminar for Schools to Be Held at Francisco de Vitoria University

On 6 October 2025, the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria will host the seminar Character Education through Curriculum and Educational Leadership, organised by the Virtue and Values Education Centre (VEC).

The event will feature leading experts, including Ben Miller, Head of Character Education at Warwick School, and James Barker, Headmaster of Warwick School. Spanish representative María del Pilar Ponce Velasco, President of the School Council of the Community of Madrid, will also participate.

The morning will include keynote talks, a conversation with the speakers moderated by Nicole Haddad (Coordinator of Character Education for Schools), and contributions from Verónica Fernández, Director of the VEC.

In the afternoon, Patricia Maxwell will lead The Character Lab, a practical workshop using Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up methods to tackle current challenges in character education.
