ENTREPRENEURIAL GENERATION
Entrepreneurial Generation is an organization that was established with the objective of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and enhancing the employability of young people.
MISSION
The objective is to bring together, train, and project university students from a variety of majors in order to enhance their future employability and foster entrepreneurial spirit.
VISION
The program is designed to develop both individual and collective skills, enabling participants to become highly effective workers and leaders, and ultimately improve their work situation.
AIMS
- To create a diverse, solidly constituted group of young university students with ambitions and a desire to improve their training for the future.
- To create a network of young people called to be the leaders of tomorrow, who practice and promote the values of the organization in the company and in society.
- To achieve a comprehensive training, especially human and entrepreneurial, in all its members, enhancing their personal qualities and skills.
- To connect students with the same concerns and ambitions, encouraging teamwork, the development of ideas and the improvement of the university experience.
- To be a unifying organization that supports all the entrepreneurial initiatives of the students of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. An organization composed and directed by the students.
- To carry out specific projects, internal and external to the university, that help to spread the spirit of Entrepreneurial Generation in society.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
YOUNG PEOPLE WITH INTEREST
At Entrepreneurial Generation Francisco de Vitoria, our objective is to provide students with a comprehensive education that emphasizes two key areas: practical business experience and the development of socially responsible entrepreneurs.
REAL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
We establish and oversee the operations of our own companies. We organize a variety of events and, in addition, we develop projects that, already today, offer us the opportunity to launch renowned organizations. We believe that these “business laboratories,” as we refer to them, are an essential component in our members’ acquisition of real-world business experience.
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE
It is our goal that the members of our organization be distinguished not only by their high entrepreneurial capacity, but also by their tangible social commitment. This social commitment encompasses professionalism, quality, and social responsibility in business operations, as well as involvement in initiatives that aim to assist disadvantaged individuals in society.
TRAINING FOR ACTION
The Entrepreneurial Generation program employs two main training methods to facilitate a more practical and immediate immersion in the business environment. These are the “Living Cases” and the training sessions.
In the “Living Cases” series, individuals occupying leadership roles share their experiences and insights on a range of topics, including their career trajectory, the essential elements of business and human success, and the core values that drive entrepreneurial endeavors. All of this is conducted in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We gain valuable insights from real-life experiences.
The training sessions are conducted by industry experts and are designed to enhance the skills of our members, particularly in the areas of business training, human leadership, and humanistic training. The sessions are designed to be interactive, allowing members to gain valuable insights from the experience and knowledge of their colleagues.
