It is a UFV clinical and research center featuring actual examination rooms and rooms equipped with a Gesell Chamber.
Observation and intervention in real-world cases involving child and family nutrition and associated pathologies, under the direct supervision of faculty members and practicing professionals. In addition, participation in observational and intervention studies involving various populations.
Real-World Projects with Companies (INTERPORC)
Completion of business cases in which students design products, analyze labeling in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, or develop communication strategies or ingredient reformulations for leaders in the agri-food sector.
This year, an innovation workshop was held with INTERPORC which is the interprofessional organization for white-coated pigs. It is the most important interprofessional organization in our country's meat sector.
