Real-World Projects with Companies (INTERPORC) Tackling business challenges (Business Cases) in which students design products, analyze labeling in accordance with Regulation (UE) 1169/2011, or develop communication strategies or ingredient reformulations for leaders in the agri-food sector.
This year, an innovation workshop was held with INTERPORC, the interprofessional organization for white-coated pigs. It is the most important interprofessional organization in our country’s meat sector.
It was a really cool event where students from many different grades came together to analyze the reputational challenges facing this industry and propose real solutions. We can feature it as a news story about the event, including photos and even video testimonials.
