Understand the mind, prevent crime, and support victims
Studying Psychology + Criminology at UFV means learning about human behavior and criminal phenomena from day one. You will work in the Criminology laboratory, the anatomical-forensic room, the Gesell chamber, and biotechnology laboratories to investigate crime scenes and analyze evidence. At the same time, you will develop key skills as a psychologist and delve into the fields of forensics, policing, penology, and victimology.
The program is rounded out with visits to NGOs and institutions (police, correctional facilities, juvenile justice, victim services), clinical internships at the CAIF on campus, seminars on jihadist terrorism, AI, cybersecurity, missing persons, and drug trafficking, as well as the option to gain international experience through the INICIA “ programme ” program, endorsed by the University of Cambridge.
