Communicating the truth to transform society
Are you driven by curiosity and do you wake up wanting to know what’s been happening in the world? At UFV, you’ll experience journalism as a way of life: from day one, you’ll be on a set, in a radio studio, or with a microphone in hand, learning to tell stories with rigour across all formats (print, radio, TV, and new media).
You’ll develop your critical eye with a solid foundation in the humanities and ethics, and you’ll learn from practicing professionals through real-world experiences: academic trips*, visits to media outlets, workshops, and meetings with leading journalists. All of this takes place on one of Europe’s top communication campuses, complete with professional sets, studios, and editing suites.
*These are not included in the tuition and may be modified, canceled, or changed in terms of destination and duration depending on the policies of each college.
