*The subjects of the international program are cross-cutting, and may be chosen by students from any area of study.
- Contact the International Relations Office of your university to be nominated, taking into account the corresponding deadlines.
- When your university nominates you, your application process will begin.
- Upload the required documents to the Mobility Online platform.
- Once the application is made, there will be online sessions where we will provide the necessary academic and logistical information.
- After the information sessions, you must select the subjects and create the timetable, (always taking into account the area of study).
- Once your timetable is approved, fill out the Student Academic Agreement at your home university
Academic calendar:
- First semester: September 9, 2025 – December 14, 2025
- Second semester: January 20 – May 9, 2026
Online nomination for members:
- First semester and full academic year: April 22 – May 23, 2025
- Second semester and first semester extensions: September 23 – October 24, 2025
*Full academic year means September 2025 – July 2026
Nomination will be made via Mobility Online.
Online application for students:
(Students will receive the link to register their data once the nomination has been approved by the home institution)
- First semester and full academic year: from April 22 to May 31, 2025
- Second semester and stay extensions of first semester: from September 23 to October 31, 2025
