Do you have doubts about the University Degree in Early Childhood Education?

Why is UFV the best place to study Early Childhood Education?
You will have fun learning – almost as much as the children you teach – because you will do it through workshops and activities with schools so that you can delve into the psychology of children and discover how to teach them through play, which is especially important at this stage.
In addition, you will do a social internship with children in an NGO and, if you want, you can go on missions to a foreign country to help children in vulnerable situations.
You will specialize throughout the university degree with four specializations to choose between Therapeutic Pedagogy, Hearing and Language, Foreign Language (English) or Music Education.
You will be able to participate in the Teacher’s Society, an initiative of UFV students to create proposals to improve education, participate in research groups and discuss values.
You will learn how to perfomed your work by getting in front of a classroom. Therefore, you will do more than 1,.000 hours of internships in schools and educational centers such as Mater Salvatoris, Monte Tabor, La Salle, Gredos San Diego, Jesús Maestro, San Luis de los Franceses, Everest, etc.
And the best part! You will live an unforgettable university experience outside the classroom. You will be able to be part of sports teams, attend events, conferences and hundreds of activities, do theater, participate in filming, debate, join Be The Change and… many things!
Internships in schools and educational centers
You will carry out professional internships in one of the more than 100 private and public schools with which we have an agreement, including Mater Salvatoris, Monte Tabor, La Salle, Everest, Casvi, Gredos San Diego, Jesús Maestro, San Luis de los Franceses, San Ignacio de Loyola and Sagrados Corazones, among others. As a result of this experience, 85% of our students receive an offer from the same place where they have completed their internships.

We train teachers who leave their mark on each student
”Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world,” said Nelson Mandela. As a kindergarten teacher, you play a crucial role in the lives of children and must learn to educate each child the way he or she needs to be educated. For this reason, you will study humanistic subjects to understand each child as a unique being and to help the families who pass through your school
