SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL AID

The 2025-2026 call for scholarships is now closed.
The Universidad Francisco de Vitoria reserves the right to modify the information related to its scholarships, grants and discounts for future academic years.

CREDIT TO HONOR

For the final academic year of each university degree program, students may apply for an Honor Credit grant, which can be used to cover financial aid needs if necessary. In exchange, students agree to repay the grant if they receive financial aid.

This will result in an increased number of students receiving financial aid for their studies each year, in line with the best practice of leading English-speaking universities.

Students who receive the Honor Credit will be required to sign an agreement with the Study Grants Service outlining their commitment to repay the amount granted. The terms and form of repayment will be clearly defined in the agreement.

Upon execution of the agreement, the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria will commence implementation of the discounted rate for the specified academic year.

Students who are going to take their final academic year of a University Degree and require financial assistance may apply for Honor Credit. There are two stages to the application process.
  • 1st call: from May 5 to Monday, June 30, 2025 or
  • 2nd call: from July 10 to 25, 2025.
Documentation

In addition to the documentation required for Financial Aid UFV (see this section), the application must be accompanied by a letter signed by the student stating that he/she is aware of the commitment to return the money at the end of his/her degree and a letter of reference, preferably from the Director of the university degree, as a guarantee of trust.

The Study Grants Service reserves the right to request any additional documentation it deems necessary to assess the suitability of providing financial assistance.
