ECOSYSTEM

Ven y Verás is not a course. It is a community of real young people — with their own questions, talents and journeys — who grow together in contact with reality. An experience that unlocks potential and opens opportunities within UFV and its partner institutions.

REAL INFLUENCE

National and international speakers of the highest level: foundation directors, missionaries, sculptors, representatives of the Episcopal Commission and missionary families with a presence in Lourdes and Marseille. All of them share one conviction: authentic leadership emerges when professional excellence is placed at the service of people.

EXPERIENTIAL METHODOLOGY

Five dimensions that go far beyond the classroom: encounters with mission witnesses, a 122 km pilgrimage, a reality lab, immersion in social organisations and a personal mission project. A methodology proven across two previous editions with transformative results.

The Five Dimensions

1 — Encounters with mission witnesses

Dialogue spaces with people who live their leadership as service. Real role models who have taken on significant responsibilities across different areas of society.

2 — Pilgrimage: el Camino del Anillo

122 kilometres on foot through the Sierra Norte de Madrid. The heart of the programme. The transition from theory to lived experience and the true threshold of commitment. Along the route, participants encounter concrete realities of vulnerability and social exclusion.

3 — Reality Lab

A space where lived experience is transformed into concrete proposals for social impact. Reflection, work and action.

4 — Immersion in social organisations

Direct participation in organisations committed to supporting people in vulnerable situations. Leadership from the ground up, in contact with reality.

5 — Personal Mission Project

Each participant develops their own Personal Mission Project, integrating learning, vocation and social commitment. Not an academic exercise — a life commitment.

Why Ven y Verás 2026?

There are many leadership programmes out there. None of them combine academic formation, spiritual experience, direct contact with social reality and vocational accompaniment in a format as demanding and transformative as this one.
