EXTENDED INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?
Fundación Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (hereinafter, the “UFV”) is the entity responsible for the processing of the personal data contained in the contract/agreement, relating to the natural persons acting as legal representatives and/or interlocutors of the parties (hereinafter, the “Interested Persons”) and of those personal data arising from the execution of the contract/agreement.

Is it necessary to provide personal data?
The communication of the data by the Interested Persons is a necessary requirement for the signing and execution of the contract/agreement and the consequence of the interested persons not providing their data will be the impossibility of signing the contract/agreement and execution of the same.
What is the legitimacy and purposes of the processing of personal data?
Based on the legal basis of the contract/agreement to which the Interested Parties are party in their capacity as legal representatives and/or interlocutors of the parties, as well as in compliance with legal obligations, the personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (i) to carry out the management, development, compliance and control of the contractual relationship, which shall include, without limitation, the sending of notifications related to the services object of the provision and the products that support such services as well as notifications related to the execution of the contract/agreement itself; (ii) inclusion of the personal data in the contact agendas of UFV; and (iii) the management of the contractual file including administrative, accounting, tax and billing management.
Who are the recipients of the personal data?
On the legal basis of compliance with legal obligations, personal data may be communicated, where appropriate, to the competent Public Administrations for reasons of control, registration and inspection and to financial auditors/consultants for the fulfillment of financial obligations.
In addition, personal data will be made available to third parties for the provision of services on behalf of the processing, following at all times the instructions of UFV and with sufficient guarantees of security and confidentiality. In this regard, in some cases these service providers may be located in third countries outside the European Union so that, in such cases, UFV will request additional guarantees, in accordance with the regulations on transfers in the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long will personal data be kept?
Personal data will be kept for as long as the legitimate purposes and bases of the processing are maintained and for the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention of possible responsibilities.
What rights do data subjects have?
Interested Persons may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, by written request indicating the right being exercised, addressed to the UFV at the following addresses:

Likewise, the Interested Parties have the right to file a complaint before the Supervisory Authority Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, telephone: +34 900 293 183, in particular, when they consider that the exercise of any of their rights has not been satisfied.
