At UFV, you will train as a dietitian-nutritionist through a human and integrative approach to health. You will work with real patients in the CAIF Nutrition Service and complete internships in the food industry and leading hospitals.
Your training will be grounded in scientific evidence while addressing emerging fields such as nutrigenomics, immunonutrition, chrononutrition and sports nutrition. You will acquire the international competencies required of a dietitian-nutritionist, supported by more than 350 hours of practical training.
You will learn from an expert faculty, undertake applied training at the Clinical Simulation Centre, and have access to sports facilities that promote healthy lifestyle habits.
