From the outset, you will engage with real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions through hands-on training. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, learning both the technical skills and graphic expression associated with subjects such as photography, collage, and artistic drawing. You will also gain expertise in the latest software used in the industry.
The program offers two academic trips per year, including visits to Berlin, London, Paris, and New York. Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program and an international workshop with Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (France), TU Delft (The Netherlands), or Brandenburgische Technische Universität (Germany).
Each Wednesday, you will have the opportunity to visit a construction site, an architectural firm, and an emblematic place, as well as attend workshops with renowned architects. This will allow you to gain more than 30 different experiences throughout the year.
As a participant in the architectural transformation of UFV, you will leave a lasting legacy on our campus. Our architecture students have already designed a number of key elements on campus, including bleachers, furniture, and classrooms. There is still a significant amount of work to be done.
In addition, you will obtain a diploma in New Architectural Technologies, where you will learn to design using the most advanced digital fabrication technologies.
The faculty includes renowned architects such as Elena Farini (Farini Arquitectos), Carlos Úrculo (Úrculo Ingenieros), and Pepe Cruz-Novillo (Estudio Cruz plus Cruz), among numerous other esteemed professionals.
You will have the opportunity to complete internships at leading companies in the industry, including Touza Arquitectos, CAZA, Studio Banana, Grupo HXR, CODA Arquitectura, Champan Taylor, ARUP, Padilla Nicás, and others. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to complete internships in China, the United States, England, and Switzerland, among other locations.
And there is an additional benefit! You will have the opportunity to experience an unforgettable university environment at an inspiring campus that encourages creativity, collaboration, and enjoyment. As a UFV student, you will have the opportunity to launch your own venture in Emprende UFV, develop prototypes in Makers UFV, join sports teams, and engage in a wide range of activities, contests, forums, exhibitions, and other events.

You will have the opportunity to complete professional internships with leading companies and architectural firms in Spain and abroad. Our partner organizations include BDVA Paris, Touza Arquitectos, CAZA, A-Cero, Ana Herreros Cantis, Estudio Deuve, Corona Amaral Arquitectos, Studio Banana, Grupo HXR, CODA Arquitectura, Champan Taylor, and others.
