For the second consecutive year, a project launched by EROI Incubator at Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV) has been recognized at the His Way At Work International Summit. Según Tu Palabra, founded by Yael Moreno, took first place at the tenth edition of the summit, held in Cancún (México), where it participated alongside HAWA, led by Carmen Ramírez, and DeRetiro, spearheaded by Patricia Serrano.

The three projects had been selected as finalists in the second edition of the EROI Incubator after completing a program designed to develop viable companies that integrate their founders' convictions into their business models and contribute to the common good.
The victory of Según Tu Palabra also builds on the international recognition achieved in 2025 by CrisTouch, a project that participated in the first edition of the EROI Incubator and won the ninth His Way At Work International Summit.
Tecnología para facilitar la comprensión de la Biblia
"According to Your Word" arose from a specific question: how to help more people understand the structure and meaning of Scripture.
“The Bible is a vast structure, and people lack the blueprint to navigate it,” explains Yael Moreno regarding the project’s origins.
Building on this idea, the initiative has developed a Catholic Bible study ecosystem that combines a physical Bible with notes and a mobile app. The tool allows users to tailor their reading to the time they have available and offers different paths for delving deeper into the text and better understanding its context.
The project includes historical content and resources for studying the Scriptures, as well as guided Lectio Divina experiences. Its content has been reviewed by experts to ensure its fidelity to the Magisterium of the Church.

Also representing Francisco de Vitoria University at the summit was Javier de Cendra, dean of the UFV School of Law, Business, and Government, who presented the development of EROI to the international community of His Way At Work.
De una idea empresarial a un proyecto con proyección internacional
The presence of HAWA, DeRetiro, and Según Tu Palabra in Cancún marks the culmination of four months of work within the EROI Incubator— programme —a program promoted by the UFV Institute for the Global Common Good to support entrepreneurs seeking to integrate the viability of their businesses with a service-oriented approach to leadership.

The " programme " combines business training with individual coaching and project preparation for presentation to entrepreneurs and potential investors. Its methodology incorporates the model developed by His Way At Work to integrate a Christian view of the person and of work into the culture and decision-making of organizations.
In this way, the incubator addresses an issue that accompanies entrepreneurs from the earliest stages of their projects: how to build a financially viable company without separating their strategic decisions from the convictions that inspire their purpose.
Una concepción de la empresa al servicio de la persona
The EROI approach is based on a vision of business in which profitability enables a project to be sustained and developed, while the way leadership is exercised also determines its contribution to people and society.
During the " programme," entrepreneurs work on their business models and learn to apply this perspective to specific decisions related to company growth, relationships with their team members, and securing funding.
The UFV thus seeks to contribute to the development of entrepreneurs capable of assuming the responsibility that comes with leading an organization and of understanding the business as a space from which to generate prosperity and contribute to the common good.
