Why is UFV the best place to study Philosophy, Politics, Law, and Economics?

This innovative program will enable you to develop critical and analytical thinking (Philosophy), understand the dynamics of power and decision-making (Politics), master the legal principles that guide modern societies (Law), and understand how the global economy works (Economics). A comprehensive education that combines intellectual rigor with practical action.
You will learn through experiential and applied learning, through parliamentary simulations, economic analysis laboratories, ethical-political debates, seminars with experts, and visits to public and private institutions. In addition, you will be able to participate in academic trips* to centers of political, economic, and cultural relevance.
You will study this degree with an innovative methodology unique to UFV, based on challenge, cooperative learning and the integration of sciences. This multidimensional profile is increasingly in demand in the job market, both in the public and private sectors, where the ability to think strategically and lead with judgment is highly valued.
You will have the opportunity to learn and share experiences with leaders, entrepreneurs, politicians, and great thinkers who will enrich your education and offer you a direct and practical view of the professional world and decision-making. Thanks to this contact with leaders from different fields, you will be able to broaden your perspective, develop your personal judgment, and prepare yourself to successfully take on leadership roles in the future.
You will be able to do internships in institutions, companies and consulting firms such as KREAB, EUCA, MAS Consulting Group, the Xavier Zubiri Foundation and Political Watch-CIECODE, among many others. In addition, you will always have access to the job bank. And, if you want to become an entrepreneur, you can set up your own business at the UFV Entrepreneurship Center, where you can bring your own ideas to life.
You will develop essential skills such as public speaking, leadership, and negotiation by participating in the UFV Debate Society—national champions—UFV MUN, Generación Empresarial, or the Be The Change Group, where you can train to become a true agent of social transformation.
And best of all, you will enjoy a unique university experience.
