The Student Affairs Office is responsible for promoting student participation, representation, and comprehensive support throughout their time at the university. Our goal is to listen to, connect with, and respond to students’ needs, fostering an enriching university experience and a community committed to life at UFV. Through this office, we coordinate various initiatives that enable students to develop leadership skills, strengthen their engagement with the university, and have accessible channels through which their voices can be heard

What shall we do?

Student Representation: Delegates

Student representatives serve as the voice of their peers and the primary channel of communication between students and the university. We work with them to gather suggestions, identify needs, and collaborate on the continuous improvement of the college experience. Through the network of student representatives, we promote:

Active student participation.

Dialogue among students, teachers, and academic teams.

Identifying and resolving needs or issues.

Leadership and responsibility within the university community.

Optimus Leaders

Óptimus is the university programme that brings together students who demonstrate initiative, commitment, and a desire to make a positive impact both within and outside UFV. Óptimus students participate in projects, training activities, and experiences designed to develop skills such as:
