The UFV Alumni Missions are here!
This year, we'll be there from September 13 to 20 to help with four projects:
- Missionaries of Charity: We will help with household chores (limpieza, reparación, cocina…), assist single or pregnant mothers with their babies, and, finally, play games with and help with personal hygiene and meals for young people who live on the streets and come to the sisters’ home several days a week.
- Casa Nazaret: Support for adults with mental and physical disabilities.
- La Créche Orphanage in Tangier: a public orphanage for abandoned infants and children.
- El Faro: a project of the Archdiocese of Tangier to help and shelter street children by providing them with basic hygiene, food, clean clothes, some education, and companionship.
The price of the trips is €650, which includes everything: flights, transportation, medical insurance, full-board accommodations at Casa Riera, and an excursion to Chefchaouen with a meal at a traditional Moroccan restaurant.
