This student organization is primarily aimed at UFV students majoring in Fine Arts , and Design who seek to enrich their education beyond the courses taught in the classroom. It serves as a space for gathering, learning, and experimentation, where practical workshops, specialized seminars, and talks with professionals from the arts and culture sectors are organized. Its goal is to foster creativity, promote critical thinking, and raise the profile of artistic work.
What is our goal?
EmergeLab’s mission is to support students who are eager to delve deeper into their creative field by providing them with a space where they can fully develop their skills and make the most of their talent. Through learning new techniques, building community, and sharing experiences, EmergeLab seeks to introduce students to the beauty of the creative process and foster a mindful and contemporary perspective on the contemporary art scene.
What events do we organize?
We organize a variety of activities related to art and design, such as hands-on workshops and seminars (tanto anuales como puntuales) aimed at developing and enhancing creative skills. In addition, we host lectures and panel discussions with industry professionals, exhibitions, a fashion show, and academic trips that enrich students' education and cultural experience.
