In a professional environment marked by change, growth is no longer just about taking on new responsibilities or developing skills. People also need to understand where they want to go and what purpose that path serves.
On October 1, the second webinar of the 3rd International Congress on Mentoring in the Business World will be held—a session dedicated to reflecting on the role of mentoring in professional development.
When it is part of an organization’s culture, coaching can help people make more informed decisions and take responsibility for their own career paths. It also fosters a stronger connection between individual development and the organization’s shared mission.
The meeting will address how to support individuals so they can find direction and meaning in their professional growth, and how this process can contribute to talent engagement and retention.
The session will feature Patricia Castaño, who holds a Ph.D. in Education and Clinical Psychology and serves as director of the Student Care Unit at Francisco de Vitoria University, and Marta Montojo, director of Career Services at Francisco de Vitoria University.
