Based on the foregoing, the scholarship selection and award process will be as follows:
Once they have successfully completed the admission process to the Medical Bachelor's Degree t for the 2026–2027 academic year at UFV, interested applicants may apply for the scholarship online through the Applicant Portal within the deadline established by the Financial Aid Office on its website by selecting the option “Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Record in Medicine—Nemesio Díez Foundation,” provided they meet the relevant requirements.
Of all the applications received, the UFV will forward the four (4) highest-ranked finalists to the NEMESIO DÍEZ FOUNDATION, based on the requirements described above.
These candidates must:
- Pass a personal interview with members of the Nemesio Diez Foundation.
- Commit to participating in the activities determined by the Nemesio Diez Foundation, specifically: participation in one annual event and participation in at least two volunteer opportunities per year.
Successful applicants will receive notification via email. The scholarship will be finalized once the student enrolls. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
