The event gave UFV students firsthand insight into the profiles and skills most in demand by multinational companies. It also reinforced the connection between the curriculum of Bachelor's Degree Business Administration and its practical application in the professional world.
María Novo, a student in the Bachelor's Degree Dentistry, spoke highly of the initiative: “I really liked it, especially because, as a dental student, I never thought I’d have the chance to attend. It has brought me much closer to the world of marketing and creativity, which really caught my attention. And I liked that it opened the door to that for me and that the university organizes talks of all kinds for all students, without distinction.”
Through this initiative, Francisco de Vitoria University has helped guide students in their career choices, fostered the development of skills such as strategic thinking and innovation, and enhanced the employability of its graduates.
These types of activities are essential for improving students’ employability by providing them with firsthand insight into the business world and the professional profiles most in demand by leading companies such as L’Oréal. By linking academic content with practical experiences, the development of key skills—such as innovation, strategic communication, and teamwork—is strengthened. In addition, effective pathways to employment are established, such as internship and scholarship programs, which facilitate a real and structured transition from university to the professional world.
