*The courses in programme are interdisciplinary and may be taken by students from any field of study.

1. Contact your university’s Office of International Relations to be nominated, keeping in mind the relevant deadlines.

2. Once your university nominates you, the application process will begin.

3. Upload the required documents to the Mobility Online platform.

4. Once you have submitted your application, we will hold online sessions to provide you with the necessary academic and logistical information.

5. After the orientation sessions, you must select your courses and create your schedule (siempre teniendo en cuenta el área de estudio).

6. Once your schedule has been approved, fill out the Student Academic Agreement at your home university.

• First semester: September 9, 2025 – December 14, 2025

• Second semester: January 20 – May 9, 2026

Online nominations for members

• First semester and full academic year: April 22–May 23, 2025

• Second semester and extensions of the first semester: September 23 to October 24, 2025

*A full academic year is defined as the period from September 2025 to July 2026. Nominations must be submitted through Mobility Online.

Online Application for Students

The student will receive a link to enter their information once their home institution's nomination has been approved.
