You must request a certificate of enrollment.
You can view your grades on your university portal, but you cannot download a document. To obtain an official document containing your academic transcript, you must request it from the Office of Student Affairs.
In that case, you must request two documents: an academic transcript, which lists all the grades you have earned up to the most recent official grade release date, and a certificate of enrollment with your grade point average, which indicates the degree program ( Bachelor's Degree, or Máster) in which you are enrolled and the grade point average for the courses you have taken up to that point.
This is an in-person procedure at the Student Affairs Office. To complete it, the student must submit a photocopy of both sides of their ID card; if they have completed a dual- Bachelor's Degree, two photocopies are required. Only another person may complete the procedure on the student’s behalf, provided they also present the appropriate authorization.
For information on the procedures you need to follow, please send us an email at: secretaria_alumnos@ufv.es.
There are no specific deadlines for this; you can apply as soon as you have been admitted to the other institution, since you must submit the letter of admission from the receiving university in order to process the transfer of your academic records.
Payment is made at the Cashier's Office (precios actualizados a 1 de enero de 2026):
Those specified in the Assessment Guidelines for the Bachelor's Degree ( Bachelor's Degree ) and Master's Degree.
During the official registration period, once the official transcripts for the semester in which the student has passed all courses have been finalized (ordinaria o extraordinaria).
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their registration matches their course of study. To do so, after completing the self-registration process, students should download, save, and print—if applicable—their registration receipt and compare it with their course of study.
Download a PDF file titled "TUITION RECEIPT" from your university portal.
Check the ENROLLMENT SUMMARY on your university's website.
If you are within the official registration period, you can log back into the university portal and make changes or corrections as many times as necessary until your registration is correct. The last version you confirm will be the final one.
If this deadline has passed, please refer to the Registration Policy.
Certification is the act of attesting that a document is an authentic, true copy of the original, and this requires the authority of a public official. We are not public officials, so we do not have the authority to certify documents or the seal required for that purpose. Those who hold public authority are government officials (no laborales) and notaries.
Students are required to check, through the University Portal, by the end of the deadline established for this process, which courses have been recognized.
A decision on this request will be made within one month of the request being submitted (exceptuando el mes de agosto, que no es un mes hábil). It can be downloaded from the University Portal, in the “My Letters of Academic Recognition” section.
