Institute for Leadership Education

The Institute for Leadership Education is dedicated to introducing the world to a new way of understanding and practicing leadership. To this end, it conducts research, teaches, and disseminates knowledge in the areas of leadership, character development, and leadership assessment, in both educational and professional contexts. Its work is carried out through the Leadership Education Research Group (GEIN) and in collaboration with national and international institutions.
