In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, cities are competing to become more attractive to talent. Our mission is to identify the factors that enhance a city’s appeal and the options available to achieve this. The practical implications are twofold:
- To help citizens choose the best city in the world to reach their full potential, achieve their goals as citizens and as individuals, and contribute as much as possible to society.
- Advise mayors and municipal administrators on how to create the most attractive city possible to retain and attract talented residents and, as a result, build a more prosperous, innovative, green, safe, fair, inclusive, and humane city.
We are a research team dedicated to the study of cities. Specifically, our research focuses on analyzing their evolution, significance, leadership, and influence on the transformation of society on a global scale.
Cities are leading the post-pandemic recovery, the fight against climate change, the pursuit of equal rights, and innovation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. They are the epicenter of human development, enhance the social dimension of human life, and provide the conditions for creativity, innovation, and progress.
