In an environment marked by geopolitical uncertainty, regulatory fragmentation, and growing public scrutiny of business activities, the ability to engage with government authorities has become a strategic competency for senior management.
That is why students in this course will be able to participate in activities at the 30th Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government related to the theme of “ programme,” thanks to the support of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB).
This course aims to provide executives and leaders in communications, public affairs, and advocacy at Ibero-American companies and organizations with a solid set of practical tools and analytical frameworks to engage effectively, ethically, and sustainably with national and international public entities. The “ programme ” is specifically designed for contexts of high political, social, and regulatory complexity, where institutional, reputational, and social balances are critical to business viability.
The content is aimed at executives in sectors particularly exposed to regulation, public debate, and pressure from multiple stakeholders—such as mining, energy, pension systems (AFP), the pharmaceutical industry, and technology—and combines a strategic approach, a political analysis of the context, and advanced lobbying techniques tailored to diverse Ibero-American realities.
