Who are we?

The UFV Chair—Higher Institute of Negotiation is a center for research, training, and outreach dedicated to the development of new models of negotiation and conflict management applied to the business, institutional, and social spheres.

It was created through a collaboration between Francisco de Vitoria University and the Instituto Superior de Negociación with the goal of combining academic rigour with professional experience to promote research, training, and innovation in negotiation.

Research is the cornerstone of the Chair. Its goal is to analyze current challenges in negotiation and conflict management in order to develop new methodologies, tools, and models that meet the needs of companies,

Their program combines academic " rigour " with a highly practical methodology based on real-world experience, case studies, and skills training

Outreach and Knowledge Transfer

The Chair promotes the dissemination of its research findings through publications, professional meetings, conferences, and outreach activities that foster the exchange of experiences among universities, businesses, and institutions.
