The Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV), through its UFV Families program, is organizing a day trip to Toledo to discover, from the inside, the soul of its Primatial Cathedral, set against the incomparable backdrop of the major exhibition “Primatial: The 8th Centennial of the Cathedral of Toledo.”
In the morning, we’ll take an in-depth tour of Toledo Cathedral led by Pilar Gordillo, an art historian and official tour guide with more than fifteen years of experience. Through her explanations, we’ll discover the deeper meaning behind the sacred art of this exceptional cathedral.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the “Primada” exhibition, one of the major cultural events of 2026, designed to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the Cathedral. This exhibition brings together more than 300 masterpieces and takes visitors on a journey through eight centuries of history, art, and spirituality in a unique dialogue between the building itself and the works on display.
The tour on September 12 is already sold out. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to attend, the university has decided to open a new group for Saturday, September 19. If you're interested, please sign up, and we'll confirm your spot via email.
