From September 23 to October 4, 2026, Francisco de Vitoria University will host the seventh edition of the Online Conference for Catholic Educators, under the theme “Masculinity: The Heart of the Father”. The event, which is online and free, is aimed especially at fathers, teachers, and those with educational responsibilities, though it remains open to anyone interested in exploring the meaning of fatherhood and its role in education, the family, and society.
Throughout the various sessions, experts from the fields of education, academia, clinical practice, and the Church will address issues such as the influence of the father figure on children’s development and mental health, spiritual fatherhood, adoption, and fertility in cases of infertility. The “ programme ” will feature, among other participants, José Ignacio Munilla, Javier Schlatter, María Calvo, Cristina López del Burgo, and Juan Manuel Cotelo, in addition to an institutional greeting from Daniel Sada, rector of Francisco de Vitoria University.
Organized by the UFV Institute for Development and the Person, the conference was launched in 2020 as a space for gathering and reflection for those who mentor and educate others. After six editions, it has surpassed 100,000 registrations, and its content has accumulated nearly half a million views in 80 countries.
