The process begins once you are admitted to UFV. After that, you can learn about the educational program and campus life at an in-person or virtual information session.
Sign up by completing the form. Record your presentation video, gather the necessary documentation (foto, DNI por ambas caras y certificados médicos), and send everything by email to infoyadmision.cm@ufv.es.
If your application is complete, a video call interview will be scheduled.
The interview will last approximately 30 minutes and will be conducted by a trainer from the Colegio Mayor. The interview will be exclusively with the candidate, without the participation of parents or legal guardians. During the interview, the candidate's motivations and interest in joining the Colegio Mayor will be discussed.
You will receive notification of your admission. If accepted, confirm your place by paying the reservation fee and deposit.
The Esther Koplowitz Foundation provides our university residence hall with a fund of scholarships and grants to support students with limited financial resources who deserve access to an excellent university education at UFV.
From Sunday to Thursday, students must be back at the residence hall by midnight at the latest. On Fridays and Saturdays, the curfew is extended to 4:30 a.m.
Schedules are flexible as long as the circumstances are justified and prior notice is given to the Colegio Mayor training team.
There are four types of areas in the Colegio Mayor: areas for the general public (Hall y cafetería), areas for common use by students (sala de ocio, salas de estudio, salas comunes, sala de comités, oratorio, lavandería…), areas for the exclusive use of female students (las habitaciones y zona de convivencia exclusiva para las alumnas colegiales), and areas for the exclusive use of male students (las habitaciones y zona de convivencia exclusiva para los alumnos colegiales).
Therefore, male students are strictly prohibited from entering the female dormitory and recreation areas, just as female students are prohibited from entering the male dormitory and recreation areas. To ensure this, both areas are properly separated, with separate entrances and access control. Access by anyone outside the College Community to the common areas and rooms is also prohibited, unless otherwise specified by the Management.
Payment for the full course fees will be made in advance on a quarterly basis or through a single annual payment before September with a 3% reduction on the annual fee (no incluye reserva de plaza ni fianza).
These are single rooms with a kitchenette, full bathroom, desk, and wired and wireless internet access.
The kitchen has a microwave, sink, refrigerator, and two-burner ceramic hob. Along with the kitchen, we provide you with enough kitchenware so that you can cook if you want. This item must be returned at the end of the course in the same condition as it was delivered (uso responsable de todo lo entregado).
All rooms have a private bathroom inside the room (WC, bañera y lavabo).
