Comprehensive training for future teachers

It is a student association created by and for students enrolled in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Social Education, and Master's Degree in Teaching programs. We are university students committed to education because we believe that the future of society depends on it.

Mission: To train educators committed to person-centered education, capable of accompanying children and young people in their search for meaning, truth, and integral development, bearing witness in their lives and in their profession.

Vision: To be a meeting point and reference point for the training of young people with educational interests, especially future teachers and professors, committed to person-centered education.

Objectives

To ensure that young people become witnesses and agents of change, in their future family and professional lives as educators, of the training they have received at our Francisco de Vitoria University.

Create a group of young people with genuine concerns. Ensure that future teachers and professors, as well as those already working in the teaching profession, do not lose the spirit of inquiry that they recognized at this university.

Discuss the values of education and its current situation. In a world where universal values and Truth are not accepted, good teachers are needed who do not reduce their work to a mere sentimental value but to something much deeper, leading children towards Goodness.

Create proposals to improve education: We want an open and dynamic Teachers' Society that serves as a genuine meeting place where everyone can share their educational, human, and pedagogical experiences.

Create a place where professional futures can be shared. Where everyone can generously offer their professional and social information, challenges, progress, programs, conferences, etc.

Create working groups to conduct research.

Action Plan

Design educational cultural activities

Conferences and debates. Organize the patron saint's day, Saint Joseph Calasanz, for Education Degrees and the Master's Degree in Teaching.

Organize an annual cultural outing

To a place known for its educational reputation.

Support activities within Francisco de Vitoria University

Such as the VAS, Navidarte, Welcome Day, and delegate activities.

Create a website with all the virtual tools, blog, forum, where information is collected.

Research, resources, testimonials, educational materials, etc.

Collaborate with ALUMNI

Sharing information about the activities carried out by the society as a department for former UFV Early Childhood and Primary Education students.
