Generación Empresarial is an organization created by and for young people that promotes entrepreneurship and prepares students to successfully face their professional future.

Its mission is to bring together, train, and promote university students, regardless of their major, to improve their employability and encourage entrepreneurship.

We work to develop both individual and collective skills, helping each student become a better professional and leader, and enhancing their career opportunities.

Objectives

To provide comprehensive training, especially in human and entrepreneurial skills, to all its members, enhancing their personal qualities and abilities.

Create a diverse, solidly constituted group of young university students who are ambitious and eager to improve their education for the future.

Connect students with similar interests and ambitions, promoting teamwork, the development of ideas, and the enhancement of the university experience.

To be an organization that unites and supports all entrepreneurial initiatives by students at Francisco de Vitoria University. An organization composed of and run by students.

Carry out specific projects, both internal and external to the university, that help spread the spirit of entrepreneurship in society.

Create a network of young people called to be tomorrow's leaders, who practice and promote the organization's values in business and society.

What are we looking for?

Young People with Concerns

At Generación Empresarial Francisco de Vitoria, we seek to educate students with a special emphasis on two areas: real business experience and training socially responsible entrepreneurs.

Real Business Experience

We create and manage our own companies. We also organize events and develop projects that allow us to promote initiatives with leading organizations. These "business laboratories" are key to our members gaining real experience in the professional environment.

Socially Responsible

We want our members to stand out not only for their entrepreneurial skills, but also for their genuine and active social commitment. This commitment is reflected in their professionalism, responsibility in their work, and participation in initiatives that support the most vulnerable members of society.

Training for Action

At Generación Empresarial, we train through two main channels: Living Cases, where business leaders share their experience in a familiar environment, and sessions taught by professionals on business, leadership, and humanistic training, with a participatory approach.
