DOCENTIA is an programme , certified programme for evaluating teaching quality that helps instructors reflect on their teaching practices and make decisions to improve them through data collection and analysis.
It is conducted annually and consists of an evaluation process of each professor’s work over the past three completed academic years, based on various factors: the professor’s self-assessment, the evaluation by the academic supervisor, student feedback on their teaching, and other formal quantitative metrics.
