Mobility programs offer faculty and administrative staff the opportunity to gain academic and professional experience abroad. Beyond the professional sphere, they also provide an opportunity for personal growth and exposure to new perspectives.
Staff members will be able to participate in three types of international stays: short-term, long-term, and virtual.

International Days: March 16–20, 2026 International Days is a university-wide event for all faculties and campuses, featuring guest lectures and networking opportunities.
The theme for this academic year is Navigating the Generational Mix
As our guest, you will be put in touch with your designated Thomas More contact person, typically the international coordinator of the faculty you are working with. A detailed program of activities specific to that faculty will be provided at a later date. In addition, all our guests will gather on March 17 for the joint central day, which will offer opportunities for networking.

Anáhuac Puebla University is now accepting applications for visiting professors for its upcoming summer session. Courses will be taught in Spanish and/or English.
This is a great opportunity to gain international experience—or further develop it—through a programme shared with other faculty members. Financial support: Anáhuac Puebla will cover accommodation and living expenses (ver detalles en convocatoria). To cover transportation costs, faculty members may submit the appropriate application for a long-term stay to the Office of Internationalization.
