The first prize was awarded to Antonio Moreno, author of the master’s thesis titled “Occupational Risk Assessment and Preventive Planning at a Company Specializing in the Distribution of Deep-Frozen Products in the Residential Sector”.
During his remarks, Antonio Moreno highlighted how this work has allowed him to connect his experience with the field of prevention. He stated that his motivation arose when he learned about the award, and that the master’s program has led him to reflect on his own personal experience with service and adaptation.
The second prize was awarded to Juana Taboso for her master’s thesis titled “Occupational Risk Assessment and Preventive Planning at the Jardinclus S.L. Special Employment Center”.
Juana Taboso thanked the jury and the faculty of the master’s program, emphasizing the importance of bringing to light the shortcomings identified in facilities serving people with disabilities. She stressed that workers in these settings deserve adapted conditions that ensure their well-being and labor rights.
