On October 12 and 13, our Francisco de Vitoria University hosted the University Championships. Teams from numerous universities came to our sports complex to compete. As part of Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy program, our students provided support to the athletes—who were suffering from injuries or muscle strain—by performing pre-competition massages.

Three charity drives are held throughout the school year. During these drives, teachers and students gather in downtown Madrid to distribute food and drinks to homeless people. The food is just an excuse to reach out to them and give them what really matters: companionship and time.

Students in the Physical Therapy program had the privilege of participating in this race by providing physical therapy services. The selected students had received prior training and enjoyed the opportunity to gain exposure to the world of sports through such a prestigious event. During this wonderful experience, a few students worked alongside SAMUR to assist the runners during and after the race.

Orthotics and Orthopedics Workshop. In this workshop, the students gained a wealth of knowledge on the subject, which will help them become outstanding professionals in the future, adding yet another building block to their education—one that complements everything we already teach in the degree program.
