Any member of the university community and anyone who, even if not affiliated with the university, is affected by any of its activities.
By filling out the suggestion box form on the university website. Users have the option of identifying themselves or submitting the incident anonymously. Users are encouraged to provide their personal details and preferred method of contact so that they can be informed of the status of their request.
All incidents will be received by the quality and institutional evaluation department, which will forward them to the person responsible for the service affected.
