The UFV-UCB Chair in Epilepsy and Movement Disorders was formally established in December 2016, bringing together the shared interest of both UCB PHARMA, S.A. and Francisco de Vitoria University in the development of teaching, outreach, scientific research, and technology transfer activities in the field of epilepsy and other movement disorders.
The objective of this chair is to propose clinical recommendations for the proper management of the various drugs available for the treatment of newly diagnosed epilepsy, based on the integration of current scientific evidence with expert clinical experience.
