Optimise athletes’ performance and recovery
High-performance sport demands advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, particularly of the lower limbs, which are essential in disciplines such as running, cycling, and football.
This programme prepares you to identify musculoskeletal injuries, assess their impact on movement mechanics, and apply advanced clinical and imaging diagnostic techniques.
You will also gain expertise in therapeutic approaches including functional taping, neuromodulation, and electrolysis, and learn to design rehabilitation and functional readaptation strategies from a multidisciplinary perspective, working alongside physiotherapists, doctors, and trainers.
Delivered in collaboration with Pragma Training.
