Admission process for studies or internships

Admission deadlines for both studies and internships:

First semester (September to January) and full academic year (September to May):

  • Online university nomination: from 17 April to 19 May 2023
  • Online student application: from 17 April to 2 June 2023

Second semester (January to May):

  • Online university nominations: 25 September to 20 October 2023
  • Online student application: 25 September to 27 October 2023

Exchange for study purposes:

First of all, the person responsible at the sending university (with a UFV agreement) must send the official nomination through the UFV online platform, Mobility Online. Once the nomination has been accepted by UFV, the student will receive an email with the link where he/she must upload the following documentation according to his/her nationality or place of residence:

STUDY MOBILITY

– For students who do NOT have European nationality and do NOT reside in Europe, the following documentation is required:

  • 1 passport size photo
  • Passport (valid for the whole mobility period)
  • Private health and accident insurance with international coverage including repatriation of remains
  • Important: Without health insurance or with an incomplete file, the student won’t be accepted (Ver información seguros).
  • Once in Spain: Photocopy of the VISA to legally enter the country. (Ver información visados)

– For students who DO have European nationality but DO NOT reside in Europe, the required documentation is as follows:

  • 1 passport size photo
  • Passport/European ID (valid for the whole mobility period)
  • Private health and accident insurance with international coverage including repatriation of remains
  • Important: Without health insurance or with an incomplete file, the student won’t be accepted (Ver información seguros).

– For students who DO have European nationality and DO reside in Europe, the required documentation is as follows:

  • 1 passport size photo
  • European passport/ID (valid for the whole mobility period)
  • Valid European Health Insurance Card or private health and accident insurance with international coverage.
  • Important: Without health insurance or with an incomplete file, the student won’t be accepted (Ver información seguros).

– For students who DO NOT have European nationality and DO reside in Europe, the required documentation is as follows:

  • 1 passport-size photo
  • European residence permit (valid for the whole mobility period)
  • Valid European Health Insurance Card and/or private health and accident insurance with international coverage including repatriation of remains
  • Important: Without health insurance or with an incomplete file, the student won’t be accepted (Ver información seguros).
  • Study authorisation: before arrival in Spain through the Spanish Consulate/Embassy in the country of residence or up to one month after arrival in Spain at the Immigration Office in Madrid.

The procedure will be the same as for study mobility, but with the addition of the following documentation in each case:
